I filed for a trademark and I am late responding to office action by 10 days. The trademark attorney for my mark said I could Cialis Viagra buy Online pay for them to reconsider. But the trademark still says its “Live”.Should I respond to office action anyways or does it not matter now, even if its not dead being the 6 months to respond is up.
Anyone have advice?

Have you tried responding to the Office Action online? Since it’s past the deadline, you might not even have the ability to do so.
What your attorney is talking about is called a petition to revive. You can read more here: http://www.uspto.gov/teas/eTEASpageG.htm
Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
