Opposing A Trademark?need Help!?
How can someone who has registered a Trademark oppose another Trademark that is nearly the same? When the other party Trademark is put out for public opposition, how does someone oppose the mark without hiring an attorney?Let me know.
Remeber I had my Trademark registered first under a specific Class. Now someone else wants to register their Trademark under the same class and their mark is nearly the same. For example: Say my mark is “emusic” and theirs is “imusic” under he same class.

If you don’t want to hire an attorney, then you need to be familiar with the legal process yourself — and that’s going to take some time and research on your part.
You have the notice from the USPTO. Contact information is provided in that for how you contact the USPTO to file an opposotion. You can also go to the USPTO website (www.uspto.gov) for more information on the process.
