How Can I Protect A Website Idea?
I understand the differences betwen the patent, copyright and trademark. I am trying to find out what should I do when attempting to start a unique website, if there is anything that can be done. I would like to tradmark the name, but it says I need an attorney on some sites. Even on the application it asks about an attorney, is one truly needed? The website is only for one area, for example only for disabled people. Any suggestions on what should be done?

Sorry. I can’t help on this one. I live in a glass jar, which means anyone can get ideas, copy, and do what I’m doing. I’ve never been worried about this, only with my books and greedy publishing companies. I’m sure someone knows something about this, though!
