Getting Ready To Trademark My Company Name. Any Tips?
I’ve gone to www.uspto.gov and searched. My name is available. I’ve had a description added to the ID Manual. But when I look at competitors, it appears they were rejected many times over months or years before given their trademark. How do I increase my chance of success in the beginning?
Any trademark attorneys out there with good advice? Anybody out there that has been through this process?
