I wish there was a system where a person’s interests could be protected so he could get an idea out there without feeling ***** by the present systems. I thought about what I would do with a large amount of money if I invented something. Buy a Harley and do some great riding would be the first thing. I took short cut and bought one last fall.
I keep telling people that I have an idea and if they know a patent lawyer but no luck yet. I thought about maybe a university. Any ideas?
Raj:
I’m an undergraduate physics student at Western Kentucky University who is highly interested in the field of patent law. If I were to pursue becoming a patent attorney should I try for a masters degree in physics or could a four year degree (along with relevant work experience) suffice?
The Physics department at my school is also offering a masters degree in homeland security which I could obtain rather quickly and cheaply, could this help toward a career in patent law?
Thanks
